Allocate some reserved forest to make sure that the nature is protected.

Yes. If the bulldozers did not go to the forest, the animals would not have lost their home.

Yes, because if development continues to happen without control. Animal will lose their home. Forests will disappear drastically.

For Q1 above, is it incorrect if students reply, “They were building nests.”?
Are they expected to respond based on what they see in the poem (literal lifting)?
For Q12 above, is it correct is students reply, “The fox will run away.”?

I think PT3 functions at the level where most answers will be accepted as long as it responds to the question accordingly.
So to answer you questions, I think the first answer is fine.
As for Q12, it will have to depend on how the teacher interpret the poem. (given that the fox doesn’t seem to have the intention to run?)
